Here we go! It’s time for the podcast of Class #2 of our free 4-week training on how to end binge eating permanently and sustainably, without any dieting, food rules, or therapy.

It's the most detailed free course I've taught this whole year. You’re most welcome to join :-)

In Class #2, we’re focusing on deepening your ability to access your hidden superpower state with a new tool, that you can use in conjunction with what we taught in Class #1. We will practice this together in the actual livestream. I highly recommend you make sure you’re able to lie down for at least part of this livestream to feel the full benefits. If you can’t lie down this first time around that’s okay … still come and do the practice seated. (Remember, “any amount!”)

For those who missed Class #1, now’s the time to review it! Class #1 focused on your biggest hidden superpower to stop binge eating, and how to access it within yourself. You learned to literally change the state of your body and mind on the spot, and why that’s such a big key for the permanent end of disordered eating. So, be sure to listen to the podcast for class #1, wherever you find your podcasts.

It’s important to understand how these two science-based tools from Class #1 and Class #2 work together because the ability to end the binge/restrict cycle is already within you … you have this power already. The next steps are learning, deepening, and refining.
