In this new episode, Jeff reveals an ugly case wherein a client charged with driving under the influence of prescription pills got into an accident and killed his passenger. The previous lawyer took a very passive stance which garnered only a 5-year plea offer; when Jeff got involved he depicted the defendant as a victim of an unscrupulous doctor whose actions led the client to get addicted to Oxycodone. The result was a 4-month sentence, a big jump down from 5 years. The latest incompetence from the Biden Administration – the lack of available baby formula – is discussed. And finally, yet another double standard is applied in the Middle East involving the death of an Al Jazeera reporter caught in a crossfire: the world must stop demonizing Israel even for things it didn’t do, while dozens of reporters are killed during fighting in the Ukraine, and no one notices or cares.
