On this episode, Ash and I sit down to discuss all the dumb shit that we (i.e. everyone) do in fitness, nutrition, and life.
What do we mean by "dumb shit"?
You know exactly what we mean. In fact, as you're reading this, something probably popped into your head. It the thing(s) that your too embarrassed to admit that you've tried; the thing(s) that you would never recommend to someone else, but you continue to buy into yourself.
For example, in fitness, it's the six week shreds, mini bands, and fasted cardio. In nutrition, it's juice cleanses, fat burning pills, and eating 1200 calories per day. In life, it's comparing yourself to others, caring too much about what other people think, and complaining.
