He spent four years of research and development to figure out how thinking and decision-making works, from which he designed The Matrix, which allows his clients to understand their audiences, how to segment, how to treat them, how to speak to them and what to show them every day, every week, month and season, and adapt as both the market and the consumer adapts.

As well as running Gap in the Matrix, he’s also published three books, is a three times business founder, sat on boards, written a paper for the Prime Minister, run events with Google, won awards for leadership, sales and growth, received a commendation from the Home Secretary and been interviewed by Forbes.
