In this episode, Nick Averwater continues his conversation with Kim Webb, Director of Bands at Greene County Tech High School in Paragould, Arkansas. The band program in the school district has 450 students participating in seven different bands.
We've broken up our conversation with Kim in to two episodes, and in this second one, she talks about how she and her students dealt with an unexpected crisis in 2019. Kim also shares what advice she would give to aspiring band directors just graduating from college.
