During this episode I go over the 'Year of Me' and where I was when I realized I had to sit down and take a hard look at my life and make a decision. I had to look at my future and really evaluate where I want to be in the future compared to where I was. I want you to realize that we cannot make all the changes at once, we need to take everything step by step. We are not perfect, but if we make ourselves a priority, we can get pretty darn close!
