We're finally getting back to some really old seesaw projects. Seesaw is our "i2c to anything" protocol/chip firmware. Turn a 50 cent chip into an I2C to NeoPixel/GPIO/ADC/DAC/Captouch/Encoder/etc converter. This breakout will let us read rotary encoders, notoriously annoying to use, into an easy I2C peripheral!
