It can be really confusing when you’re searching the internet or talking with different health care providers, there is a lot of conflicting info out there!

Some health care practitioners will say that there is no such thing as adrenal fatigue (and, technically, they may be right but it doesn’t mean that you aren’t experiencing symptoms!), and others readily accept it and treat patients or clients for this condition.

And almost worse than that, a large number of health care providers, coaches, and people giving advice have never actually dealt with adrenal fatigue themselves!

That doesn’t mean that they can’t help people, but in my experience, those that have never dealt with adrenal fatigue can lack a deep understanding that is really essential in order to help others.

Those are a few reasons that you see so many confusing and conflicting articles out there. People are trying to help, but either lacks the ability to offer individual treatments or they lack the personal experience and don’t fully understand what their patient or client is feeling.
