Steve Chaparro is an organizational culture expert and communicator who speaks worldwide about how companies can transform their workplace culture through intentional co-creation and communication.
Steve is a self-described frustrated visionary. His passionate message of navigating the transformative journey of leadership resonates with visionaries and innovators who find themselves stuck in the messy, in-between seasons.
He himself embodies and defines the in-between – the bridges, the connections, and the culture – of community. By standing astride disciplines of design, architecture, culture and communications, he equips community to speak for and solve for its own needs and aspirations.
He is founder and principal at Culture Design Studio, an organizational design agency based in Long Beach, CA. He previously served as VP of Strategic Design overseeing strategy, story and business development at Visioneering Studios, a national design-build firm.
As a keynote speaker, he has spoken to in-person and virtual audiences across the country. As a facilitator, he has led workshops with some of the top tech, pharmaceutical, real estate, and consumer package goods companies in North America.
He is also the creator and host of the Culture Design Show, a podcast featuring conversations about workplace culture with top leaders and thinkers.
He studied architecture at the University of Southern California and Strategic Design & Management at Parsons School of Design.
Steve lives in Long Beach, CA with his wife, two teenage sons, and noisy neighbors.

Private Internet Access
I’ve been a customer of Private Internet Access for over 3 years now and I love this service. I was at a security conference a few years ago and I connected to the hotel wifi. Immediately my endpoint protection software began to alert me of hacking attempts. I launched my VPN from Private Internet Access and all of the attempts were stopped. My data and internet connection was secure. Another great use of the VPN service is connect from different geo locations, which is very helpful when testing DNS and CDN caching.
