Light Love & Gratitude was created after a series of losses in my life over the last 10 years. Loss from suicide, heart failure, miscarriage and loss of baby to abnormalities incompatible with life. There has been a lot of tragedy throughout the years, many times feeling unable to navigate through, feeling lost, hopeless and defeated. Constantly seeking ways to turn around these feelings from therapy, to antidepressants, packing up my life into a backpack and traveling the world for 3 years, endless self-help books and staying too busy to think. Day by day and with each experience I kept getting reminded of the word "Gratitude". Although it has not been the easiest path, I have found so much to be grateful for. So SHINE Light • SPREAD Love • SHARE Gratitude with me.
