Bultoo Radio is a technological intervention planned and executed by CGNet Swara in the media dark zones of central India. We leverage the recent proliferation of mobile phones and Bluetooth technology to create a communication platform for the marginalized communities in the region. Bultoo Radio brings together stories from ever nook and corner of central Indian region, which is home to countless languages and communities.
