Dr. Jim Fuller is an award winning professor at the University of Iowa School of Dentistry. He also serves as a consultant for several dental publications and has authored numerous scientific articles. He's also an expert bird sighter who works with the Johnson County Songbird Project.

Born in Spain, Dr. Ignacio Ponseti has been an orthopedic surgeon and professor at University of Iowa for over 40 years. He worked with congenital and developmental bone disorders and skeletal disorders in children. In the 50s he developed a method for treating club feet with minimal surgery.

After researching places to retire, John and Sandra Hudson chose Iowa City to be their home. Since arriving in 1997, they have become familiar faces supporting and attending arts and cultural events in Johnson County and are true advocates for the arts.

Dr. William Scott is a pediatric ophthalmologist at University of Iowa School of Medicine, who retired in July of 2002. He was born and raised in Iowa City, graduated from City High, and went to the University of Iowa on an Athletic and Academic Nile Kinnick Scholarship.
