This American Life is a weekly public radio show, heard by 2.2 million people on more than 500 stations. Another 2.5 million people download the weekly podcast. It is hosted by Ira Glass, produced in collaboration with Chicago Public Media, delivered to stations by PRX The Public Radio Exchange, and has won all of the major broadcasting awards.
 
Everyone has a story to tell that evokes humor and truth. I started this podcasting project because I wanted my students to find people in their communities that inspire us. I am a big fan of Snap Judgement and This American Life, and I draw a lot of inspiration from those formats. Each one of us has a life lesson in our story. I hope that you enjoy these stories, and maybe, one day, you will share your story with me.
 
This Duckburg Life is a scripted audio series produced by Disney Television Animation. Set up as a parody of This American Life, the podcast is hosted by Huey Duck as he talks about all the strange things happening in Duckburg. All the voice actors from the series reprise their roles. This is podcast created by my students at OGU High School. The podcast title is inspired by one of my favourite podcasts "This American Life", and it focuses on the lives and interests of Japanese high school teens. The program is part of my ICT-Global Awareness course which is taught in English and Japanese.
