A couple of weeks ago, my partner Rob Sykes and I had a super inspiring conversation with my dear friend Neo Heart. I’ve known Neo for nearly 10 years: he was my first photography teacher, and has always been a background light in my creative and artistic endeavours.

Neo is an artist and teacher supporting people to deepen their creativity by living more from heart. In 2003 an awakening experience with the Seiki Master Kishi-San left him with the ability to centre himself in heart, in ways that had a profound impact on his body/mind. Grounded, lucid, spontaneous movement and vocal expression became readily available, which he has been exploring and developing ever since in his healing practice, artistic mentoring work and his own life. He currently works with private clients and is the creator of the Fembot Oracle, a powerful tool, consisting of 78 long exposure photographic images and 78 texts. You can read his full story below.
