Are your behaviours & mindset matching the outcomes?

In today’s episode, I talk you through the three coordinate alignments for goals to actions to attitudes. I teach you how to TUNE IN everyday to yourself and understand what you really want and how to use the 3 pillars of alignment to embody in a quantum way, the life that you REALLY want!
To be successful with your goals, you need to make sure that you’re actually delivering on the promises you make to yourself. We are very very good at making commitments to others but oftentimes we are not good at showing up for OURSELVES!
Ultimately, you have to be really clear on what it is that you want! Your goals have to be tangible, specific, things you want to achieve! You cant simply say “ I would like to be healthy” – what does that look like? Where are you going to find that growth and what areas are you going to pay attention to?

How To Make Your Goals A Reality. Use My 3 PILLARS OF ALIGNMENT™

1. Once you’ve identified your goals and you really stand by those goals, you can achieve them!
2. Then: “What are the actual actions and behaviours that contribute to making that a reality?”
3. Next is the awareness + actions + ATTITUDE – on what you want, but if you’re not prepared to put the direct actions and behaviours that contribute to the successful reaching of all those goals- then all you have is a wish list.
What actions & behaviours do you need to display to reach your goals?

You MUST have a congruent attitude of being in the driver’s seat.
What are the attitudes and the mindset that you must embody that make you truly believe?
“I am worth it” “I value myself” “I value this business” “I value this job” “I value this day”

Our subconscious is very very clever at what I called “delaying distractions” – you’re subconscious may swerve you from your path! You need to be honest with yourself and you need to be acutely aware of the attitude that is coming out from your subconscious.

How To Make Your Goals A Reality. DO THE WORK

You can’t wish for something when your mindset is only focusing on the negative. Be prepared to put your choice of thoughts required to back those actions & goals, then you close the gap on making that your reality.
In order to commit to a life you really love, it takes extreme ownership and it takes identifying what you really want.
