I denne episoden er hovedtema trening uten apparater og gjesten vår heter Alice Burgin. Alice jobber for tiden for organisasjonen Bluearth som fokuserer på aktiv ungdom i samarbeid med skoler og andre institusjoner Hun har tidligere skrevet en doktorgrad om apparat-fri trening og hvordan denne type trening kan påvirke vår utholdenhet og helse. Kan man for eksempel få bedre helse av å trene intervaller ved bruk av "jumping jacks" i stua? I disse COVID-19 tider kan nettopp denne kompetanse være svært nyttig for folk flest.
