36) Should you do more or less?

I know I tell you to drink your water, get more sleep, meal prep the food, and move your body every day but what if today I told you just to do a little less today?? Sometimes the race to be healthy is not moving us forward, in fact, it's taking us backward. If you listen to this podcast promise me you will place your right hand on your chest, your left on your belly, and breath into the left hand for a least 3 mins. The first time you do it it will feel like a challenge but it makes a difference over time.
