While united states we involved in different wars the rival's superpower was modernizing their weapon very secretly I belief the government do better. by helping his people on his country and no worrying about other country ' it is costly to the tax payers create more and more enemies against us .create inflation and weaken the military modernization . I am not in the size of Rusia but let face it the end of the soviet union doesn't means that they lost the cold wars they got billions of dollars from U.S.A to make supersonic weapons. Those ally are costly as well U.S.A doesn't has to pay the big piece of the pie at tax payers' expense. Let build a strong U.S.A but the people first this all for today.
