L’idea per la puntata di quest’oggi mi è arrivata da una domanda che mi ha posto qualche settimana fa Chiara su Instagram.
Chiara mi diceva che era in preparazione della sua prima maratona.
Però causa stress sul lavoro e chilometraggio aumentato, si è trovata in un momento di forte indebolimento generale ed in ogni corsa sentiva le gambe affaticate.
Qua cito testualmente dal suo messaggio “Settimana scorsa avevo un lungo 34 km e sono riuscita a farne solo 30. Di questo passo ho paura che dovrò rimandare il tentativo gara.
Hai qualche consiglio per me, o qualche puntata del podcast dedicata alle crisi in allenamento?”.
Ed allora eccoci qua, con i miei consigli pratici sul come affrontare questo stress da competizione, chiarendo che oggi non entro nel dettaglio per quanto riguarda gli aspetti legati al momento della gara, ma solo per quelli che la precedono.
