Prioritising Your Business Foundations VS Scaling

In today’s episode, I’m going to touch on a little word that I’ve heard thrown around so much lately in business, and that word is scaling.

So many business owners believe that the only way to make more money or become a “success” is to continually scale their business and I don’t blame them for thinking that.

Living in a world of social media, you’re confronted with the so-called guru’s telling you what you should and shouldn’t be doing and that if you’re not focused on scaling your business then you’re doing something wrong.

Well, I’m here to tell you that that’s not the only way.

Sure, for some businesses after a lot of strategic planning scaling makes sense. Launching a new course, service or digital product might increase your income but there’s no point trying to scale your business without solid foundations and clear processes in place first because if you do, there is a high chance you’ll feel overwhelmed, burnt out and things might start falling apart in your personal life, too. I don’t want that for you!

It’s time to prioritise setting strong business foundations first, getting really clear on your clients’ needs and more importantly your capacity and what support you need if growth is truly what you are after.
