You are worth the same kindness you give to others.

The current pandemic is a radical opportunity to choose to show up with kindness- for ourselves and others.

From a place of kindness to self, so much more is possible.

Being kind to yourself is kind and is so much better than being mean to yourself.

True kindness to self always ultimately leads to more efficiency, productivity, and possibility.

Your relationship with yourself is your most important relationship. It impacts all of your other relationships. Nurture it. Grow it. Heal it.

When and where are you unkind to yourself?

Who would you be, could you be, if you stopped being unkind to yourself?

Could you treat yourself like you do others?

What would you tell a friend or colleague if they were in the same situation?

In difficult circumstances, can you ask yourself, “What would kindness do?”

What is one thing you could do to be kind to yourself today?

What if you committed to doing one random act of kindness for someone else?
