Buckle up, because we're going on a journey... in this honest (and sometimes maybe a little TMI) solo recount of my journey to finding balance with my, we'll call them sensitive hormones, I talk about literally everything from first periods to birth control, boobs to babies and even my most embarrassing moment from middle school (it is cringe-worthy, let me tell you). We discuss healing from PCOS, how overexercising and under eating affected my hormones, and what I do today to keep my hormones in balance- and what I'm doing when I notice they're a bit off.
