Meet today's Beacon, Juakerra Davis. She is a ball of energy who is living life to the fullest!

She is a college graduate, an introvert and shy person who decided to put herself out there and see what happened. The result is a full-time income on part-time hours. She runs a vibrant Facebook group community called: "Women Podcast Together: Grow Your Confidence, Impact & Income."

Some of the topics we cover are:

-how an introvert can be a community leader

-how to monetize your podcast

-how to promote yourself and your programs and not forget how to have fun at the same time

-how to be visible and consistent

-how it doesn't have to be perfect--you'll usually have some technical issues, so roll with it

-how to look forward to haters because it means that you are growing and scaling

-how to look at people you admire and say "If she can do it, so can I."
