Vaccinations against the dreaded COVID-19 have started in other countries and many of us are wondering when inoculations will start in Thailand?

Thailand has signed an advance agreement with AstraZeneca to secure a supply of its Covid-19 vaccine and for local production with technology from the British-Swedish firm. AstraZeneca has also signed a bilateral deal with a biopharmaceutical company called "Siam Bioscience" to produce and distribute at least 200 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine for the Southeast Asian region.
